基于等效热网络法的容错永磁电机的温度分析和计算∗

         

摘要

容错永磁电机工作条件恶劣,电机运行时的温升不仅会影响其电磁性能,更会引发故障,降低电机的可靠性。分析了容错永磁电机的热源分布情况,采用集中参数法建立电机等效热网络图,通过热平衡方程对电机温度进行求解计算。运用ANSYS/Fluent有限元法进行了对比分析,验证了等效热网络法计算结果的准确性。最后,针对电机温度情况,分别从减小损耗和改善散热条件两个方面提出了改进方案。%Fault-tolerant permanent magnet machines operate under awful condition, and its temperature rise will not only affect electromagnetic performance, but also reduce the reliability. The heat source distribution of a fault-tolerant permanent magnet machine was analyzed, and the equivalent thermal network model was established by lumped parameters method. Moreover, the temperature of machine was calculated with the equation of heat balance. The ANSYS/Fluent finite element method was used to verify the developed equivalent thermal network model. Finally, according to the results of the machine temperature, the improvement plan was proposed from the loss reduction and the improvement of heat dissipation condition.
