提出了基于270 V航空高压直流电源系统的永磁同步电机起动发电系统的设计方案,建立了永磁同步电机一体化模型,采用矢量控制及最大转矩/电流比控制方式实现电动机与发电机的控制,采用空间矢量脉宽调制控制的双向变流器完成电源变换,实现了航空发动机快速起动、永磁电机起动到发电的平稳转换以及270 V高压直流电源输出.仿真研究表明系统的起动时间短、动态过程性能好,且高压直流电源的纹波在2%之内,达到了航空高压直流电源的技术要求.%The plan of integrated starter/ generator system for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on 270 V high voltage DC in aircraft was given.The ISG model of PMSM was built in this plan first,using vector control and the rate maximum torque to current method achieve the control of starter and generator,and then using SVPM method achieve the power converter,in order to start aero-engine rapidly,change from starter process to generator process smoothly,and output 270 V high voltage DC (HVDC) accurately.Simulation result stated that the system had the properties of less starter time、better dynamic process and the ripple of 270 V HVDC less than 2%,and the system satisfied the HVDC in Aircraft.
