The article take 216 university teachers as subject to review the status and influence factors of university teachers’job satisfaction in remote districts. The study found:the score of Welfare payments dimension and Leadership Management dimension is the lowest,the scores of other dimensions are on the level of above average. And according to the characteristics of the remote districts,find the advice to improve the job satisfaction of university teachers in remote districts.%以216名甘肃民族师范学院专兼职教师为研究对象,旨在研究偏远地区高校教师工作满意度现状以及影响因素。研究结果表明,福利报酬和领导管理维度满意度最低,其他维度得分处于中等偏上水平,并针对偏远地区的特点,提出了相应的提高高校教师工作满意度的建议和策略。
