目的:探讨“五步诱导法”在组织行为学课程教学中的有效性。方法通过对卫管专业已接受新教学模式的学生进行问卷调查,分析教学改革的效果和存在不足。结果新的教学模式有效地增加了课程内容的生动性,提高了学生自主、协作、探究学习的能力,但也存在课程与人文、讨论与思考、课程与实践的有效衔接等问题。结论在教学设计上应进一步完善诸如增加小组学习讨论等环节。%Objective To explore effectiveness of the“five-step induction method”in teaching organizational behavior course. Methods Questionnaire survey was done among health administration majored students who were taught by the new method. Effects and problems existing in the teaching reform were analyzed. Results The new method helped to add vitality to course content, increase students’ability in cooperative inquiring learning and self-learning. However, problem still existed in effective connection between the course and practice, discussion and consideration etc. Conclusion Further improvement should be done on instructional design, such as adding group discussion in class.
