名老中医医案在中医儿科学教学中的运用

         

摘要

Aiming at problems existing in traditional way and conventional case method of teaching TCM pediatrics, this paper urged to introduce distinguished veteran TCM doctors’medical cases to the class to stimulate students’ learning interest and build up their learning confidence. It could be an effective way to shorten the gap between their theoretical learning and real practice. It was suggested that medical cases should be selected carefully to suit different teaching contents, and different key difficult points, different needs of students and different geographic characteristics. Medical cases should also be introduced at the right time based on the teaching aim so that the traditional teaching mode and case method could supplement each other to obtain the best teaching effect.%针对传统教学方法的不足和常规案例教学法的局限,在中医儿科学教学中引入名老中医医案,是激发学习兴趣,增强学习信心,拉近理论与临床距离的有效途径。在实施中,需要针对教学内容和重点难点,结合学生实际情况和地域特点精选医案,并根据教学目的把握引入医案的时机,将其灵活运用于课堂教学的全过程,与传统教学法和案例教学法互为补充,达到提高教学效果,培养辨证思维能力的目的。
