基于HVI数据成纱质量预测模型的研究

         

摘要

Creation method and application effect of yarn quality optimization combination forecast model based on HVI data were discussed. Main quality index were introduced according to HVI cotton detection index , yarn evenness, strength and hairiness et al. The combination forecast model was established to predict yarn quality. Check method of excluding abnormal data is put forward. Partial correlation analysis method is adopted. Effect of cotton technology grade in quality forecast is analyzed. Optimization combination prediction model was created. Taking C 14. 8 tex yarn as example, methods and effect of yarn quality forecast is introduced. It is considered that yarn quality optimization combination forecast model can be created by taking raw cotton technology grade as independent variables, credibility of the model is better than that of the model composed by raw cotton quality other single index. There is practical guiding significance to prepare cotton assorting implementation program and strengthen yarn quality control.%探讨基于HVI数据的成纱质量优化组合预测模型的创建方法及应用效果.阐述了根据HVI棉花检测指标以及成纱条干、强力及毛羽等主要质量指标,建立组合预测模型预测成纱质量.提出了剔除异常数据的审核方法,采用偏相关分析方法,分析了棉花技术品级在质量预测中的作用,创建了优化组合预测模型,并以C 14.8 tex纱为例,说明了成纱质量预测的方法和效果.认为:以原棉技术品级为自变量而建立的成纱质量优化组合预测模型,其可信度优于原棉品质其它各单一指标所组成的模型,对拟定配棉实施方案、加强纺纱质量控制有着现实的指导意义.
