清梳联网络化数据采集系统的开发

摘要

According to property of blowing-carding unit in production, to develop blowing-carding, network data acquisition system structure, working principles and main characteristics of the system were introduced. Data integrity constraints and data collection technology were designed in detail by using network technology, serial communication technology and database technology. Through using multi-threading technology data collection process was optimized. The practice shows that workshop's work efficiency can be improved by data acquisition system. It is considered that the enterprise's labor cost can be reduced, remote online monitoring of working status and real-time production data of the blowing-carding unit can be realized.%为了开发一种新型的清梳联网络化数据采集系统,根据清梳联设备的实际生产特点,通过对系统的体系结构、工作原理和主要特点进行介绍,并利用网络技术、串口通信技术和数据库技术,对系统设计过程中的数据完整性约束、数据采集技术进行了详细设计；同时利用多线程技术对数据采集过程进行了优化.实践表明:数据采集系统提高了清梳车间的工作效率.认为:系统可以降低企业的劳动力成本,实现了清梳联合机工作状态和生产数据的远程在线监测.
