探讨色纺针织物纱疵性横档的成因及防治措施.重点介绍了由色纺纱纱疵引起的针织物横档成因,并针对性地提出了防治措施.生产实践表明,原料性能差异、色纺纱重量偏差及不匀率、条干均匀度、捻度以及油污、上蜡不匀等是色纺针织物纱疵性横档的主要成因.可通过合理配棉、均匀混和、准确打样、严格控制各工序制品重量偏差及条干均匀度等措施进行控制,最终生产出满足质量要求的纱线,有效减少了针织物横档疵布现象.%Causes and preventing measures of color spinning knitting fabric transversal striation were discussed. Finally yarn quality can reach use demands and transversal striation of knitting fabric can be reduced effectively through adopting rational cotton assorting, evenness blending, precise sample, controlling semi-product weight deviation per unit and yarn evenness.
