Test methods of residual carbon prochloraz, isodrin and perthan in cotton textiles were discussed. Ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatography & mass spectroscopy were adopted to detect. Ion scan was selected to test qualitatively and quantitatively. Spectrum, linear range, minimum detection limit and precision were analyzed. Recovery rate of cotton textiles was tested. The test result shows that in spectrum,the separation effect of chromatogram peak is better, the detection rate is lower,the precision is higher. The three recovery rates of the samples are in 96% to 104%. It is considered that the method is suitable to test qualitatively and quantitatively residual carbon prochloraz,isodrin and perthan in cotton textiles.%探讨棉织品中碳氯灵、异艾氏剂和乙滴涕残留含量的检测方法.采用超声萃取,气相色谱-质谱联用检测,选择离子扫描方式定性、定量测试,分析了谱图、线性范围、最低检出限和精密度,并对棉织品进行了添加回收率试验.测试表明,谱图中的色谱峰分离效果好、检出限低、精度高,各试样上的碳氯灵、异艾氏剂和乙滴涕回收率在96%~104%.认为该方法适合于棉织品中残留碳氯灵、异艾氏剂和乙滴涕的快速定性定量测定.
