精梳车间分区空调空气幕带隔断设计探讨

         

摘要

为了克服纺织厂精梳车间和相邻并粗车间采用实物隔断,影响车间环境及半成品运输的情况,提出采用低速厚气流空气幕对工序之间进行分割,实现车间不同区域的温湿度分区调节.通过数值模拟和经验公式计算分析,检验低速厚气流空气幕带对精梳和并粗车间相对湿度横向分隔效果.结果表明:当空气幕带喷口宽度0.04 m、喷口列宽为0.3m、喷口速度为5 m/s时,对两车间温湿度的分割效果较佳.认为:采用低速厚气流空气幕带分割,并合理配置空气幕带有关参数,能够代替隔断实现车间或区域之间相对湿度分别控制,且能获得满足工艺要求的控制效果.%In order to avoid the use of partition between combing workshop and adjacent drawing & roving workshop which was affected workshop environment and semi-finished product transportation,low-speed thick airflow air curtain was adopted to separate the different process.Temperature & humidity zone division control at different area of workshop was realized.Horizontal division effect of low-speed thick airflow air curtain on the relative humidity of combing and drawing & roving workshop was tested by numerical simulation and empirical formula calculation & analyses.The results show that division effect of temperature & humidity between two workshops is better when nozzle width of air curtain is 0.04 m,nozzle column width is 0.3 m and nozzle speed is 5 m/s.It is considered that using low-speed airflow air curtain to divide different workshop and optimizing the relevant parameter of air curtain,the partition can be replace with air curtain to realize the relative humidity respectively control between workshops or areas.It can obtain the control effect meeting technology requirement.
