通过对哈密垦区棉花红叶茎枯病的发病田与不发病田不同时期土壤养分及植株不同部位养分含量的检测,结果表明:壤土棉田的棉花红叶茎枯病的发病率高于黏土棉田;发生棉花红叶茎枯病的棉田,棉花花期土壤中速效氮和速效磷的含量增加,铃期土壤中速效氮和速效磷的含量降低,对照棉田从棉花苗期到铃期土壤中速效氮、速效磷含量持续增加;发生棉花红叶茎枯病的棉田,棉花根、茎、叶、铃中全氮和全磷的含量无明显变化趋势,但全钾的含量在铃期低于对照。%The paper tested the nutrient content of different parts of plant and soil nutrient in different period in morbidi-ty and not morbidity field.The results showed that,incidence rates of red leaves and stem wilting in loam soil cotton field high-er than the clay cotton field;the red leaves and stem wilting cotton field,increased with the content of soil available nitrogen and available phosphorus in cotton flowering,reduced the content of boll stage soil available nitrogen and available phospho-rus,from cotton seedling to boll period of controlled cotton field,soil available nitrogen,available phosphorus content contin-ued to increase;cotton red leaves and stem wilting in cotton field,total nitrogen content of cotton root,stem,leaf,boll and total phosphorus had no obvious change trend,but the total potassium content in boll stage was lower than that of control.
