FBE与聚苯胺粉末共混涂层的防腐蚀性能

         

摘要

以苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,采用超声波辅助的化学氧化法合成了聚苯胺,自制的聚苯胺与熔结环氧粉末(FBE)混合均匀后,用静电喷涂法在Q235钢上制备涂层。采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术研究涂层在模拟海水中不同浸泡时期的防腐蚀性能。结果表明,聚苯胺粉末的加入提高了FBE涂层的防腐蚀性能,且加入量较少时,涂层的耐腐蚀性能随着聚苯胺含量的增加而增强,当质量分数达到5%时效果最好;在达到10%后,涂层中没有足够的粘结剂来填充聚苯胺之间的空间,使涂层多孔,防腐蚀性能变差。%Polyaniline composites were prepared by ultrasonic assisted chemical oxidation method, with aniline as monomer and ammonium persulfate as oxidizing agent. After the composites were mixed with fusion bonded epoxy (FBE), a compound coating was prepared on Q235 steel surface by electric spraying technology. The anti-corrosion performance of the coating in simulated seawater solution for different immersion durations was studied by E1S. The results indicate that the anti corrosion performance of the FBE coating was strengthened with increasing the content of polyaniline when the added content of polyaniiine was relatively low. The best performance was obtained when the content of polyaniline was 5 %, but the anti-corrosion performance became worse when the content of polyaniline was 10% because the coating was not adhesive enough to fill the space between the polyaniline powders.
