绿色建筑运营管理研究进展述评

摘要

从理念内涵、模式方法、影响因素等方面梳理绿色建筑运营管理现有研究成果并分析现存问题,在此基础上提出将构建理论体系、建立模式模型、研究推进措施以及管理技术等作为今后的研究重点,以推动我国绿色建筑运营管理的发展.%This paper combs the existing research achievement and analyzes the shortage on operation management of green buildings from the basic concepts,operation mode,influence factors and etc. On this basis,puts forward constructing theory system,building schema model,studying promoting measures and management technology as the research emphasis in the future,in order to promote the research progress on operation management of green buildings in China.
