共有产权保障房退出模式比较分析——以我国试点城市为例

摘要

分析共有产权房的基本特点,指出共有产权房的退出路径,构建退出模式的理论框架并提出完整的退出模式应具备的三大要素.对连云港、上海、南京和淮安的退出模式按退出要素逐一考察和比较分析,指出各个城市退出模式的优点及不足之处,并提出具体的改进建议.%According to basic characteristics of shared-indemnificatory housing,the paper points out the common exit path,constructs theoretical frame of the exit mode,and proposes three key elements for complete exit mode. It conducts investigation and comparative analysis of exit elements in Lianyungang,Shanghai,Nanjing and Huaian,points out the advantages and disadvantages of these cities,and puts forward some specific suggestions for improvement.
