我国地铁项目投融资模式主要问题及对策研究

摘要

As large scale urban infrastructure,low profitability andfinancing difficulty have been the key factors restricting the rapid developments of urban metro in China. Based on the analysis of the four metro investment andfinancing modes,analyzes the key problems of investment andfinancing mode of metro projects. Further, puts forward the main strategies to deal with the prombles of metro projectfinancing,provides reference for the innovation of investment andfinancing of metro projects.%作为城市大型基础设施,盈利能力低、融资难度大一直是制约地铁建设的关键因素.在总结地铁项目四类投融资模式的基础上,分析我国地铁项目投融资模式中的关键问题,并提出应对地铁项目融资问题的主要策略,为我国城市轨道交通项目的投融资模式改革创新提供参考.
