我国注册造价工程师行业自律管理机制研究

摘要

By means of comparison of current situation of domestic and foreign registered cost engineers management,this paper analyzes the differences from seven aspects of industry management mode,industry association,registration institution,government functions,laws and regulations,industry association functions and self-discipline mechanism. On this basis,establishes the framework of the administrative organization of the registered cost engineers in our country. Then,sets up registered cost engineers self-discipline management mechanism suitable for China from aspects of industry association and enterprise.%比较国内外注册造价工程师行业管理现状,从行业管理模式、行业协会、注册机构、政府职能、法律法规、行业协会职能、自律管理机制七个方面进行差异分析.在此基础上,构建我国注册造价工程师行业自律管理组织框架,并从行业协会、企业两个方面设计适合我国国情的注册造价工程师行业自律管理机制.
