我国建筑业发展质量指标体系的构建及评价

摘要

在经济新常态下,为更好地适应质量型发展的要求,需要科学合理地评价建筑业的发展质量.以经济增长质量理论为基础,从发展过程与发展结果两个方面构建我国建筑业发展质量评价指标体系,进而通过主客观赋权,合成发展质量分类指数和综合指数,以体现我国建筑业发展质量变化趋势,在此基础上提出发展建议.%In the new economy,the construction industry's development quality needs a scientific and reasonable evaluation of the development quality of construction industry. Based on the theory of economic growth quality, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of construction industry's development quality from the development process and results two aspects,constructs the classfication index and the composite index by means of subjective and objective weight. The indices can effectively reflect the history of construction industry's development quality and trend in the future. On this basis,puts forward the development proposal.
