清单计价模式下建安工程费用项目分类研究

摘要

针对建标〔2013〕44号文件对费用项目分类依据的缺失,探究工程量清单计价模式下费用项目分类的基本原理,提出依据单位价值要素消耗、单位工程清单项目计价构成、清单价格形成方式等完善费用项目的分类建议,为修订完善费用项目组成提供参考.%In view of the lack of classification criterion of cost items by construction standard no.44[2013], the paper discusses the basic principle of the cost item classification under bill valuation mode,puts forward according to the elements consumption of unit value,the list item valuation composition of unit project,the formation of list price and other factors to improve the classification of cost item,so as to provide reference for the future revision.
