工程货物招标采供后评估研究

摘要

重点分析工程货物采供招标预期、采供招标实施和采供标后管理三个方面的后评估工作，提出工程货物招标采供后评估的推进措施，并针对后评估的组织构建、方法、内容标准等提出建议，为工程货物采供后评估工作提供参考。%Analyses the three aspects of project procurement bidding post-assessment including bidding anticipation,implement and management after bidding,puts forward the promotion measures about project procurement bidding post-assessment,and proposes some suggestions on the organization building,method and content standards of post-assessment,to provide reference for project procurement bidding post-assessment.
