大型复杂项目质量链视角下参建方博弈研究

摘要

大型复杂项目参建方众多，各方质量行为都会对工程整体质量造成影响。基于质量链管理理论和博弈理论，分析参建各方的博弈关系，构建工程建设项目静态和动态博弈模型，建立和求解具有承包商质量制约特性的参建方博弈模型，对模型结果进行深入分析，最后给出质量链管理对策。%Large and complex projects always have many contractors whose behaviors may affect the project quality. This paper analyzes the game relationships under the environment of quality chain according to the quality chain theory and game theory. Then,establishes static game model and dynamic game model,constructs and solves the game model that have constraints between contractors. Lastly,puts forward the quality chain management strategies based on the model results.
