建设项目四维安全责任矩阵的构建

摘要

充分吸收现有安全责任矩阵研究的优点并弥补其缺陷，结合建设项目独特性，提出适合建设项目的能定位项目阶段（L）、相关单位（H）、责任人（M）、具体任务（N）的四维安全责任矩阵及构建方法；阐述四维安全责任矩阵在项目安全管理应用中的重要意义，并指明本研究的不足及未来的研究展望。%Combined with the uniqueness of construction projects,the paper puts forward the four dimensions (4D)safety responsibility matrix suitable for construction project and can locate project phase(L),the relevant company(H),the person in charge(M),specific tasks(N) which fully absorbing the advantages of the existing safety responsibility matrix and making up for the defects. Then,expounds the important value of the application of 4D safety responsibility matrix in the project safety management. Finally,states the lack of this research and future research prospects.
