EPC模式在军队工程建设中的应用策略研究

摘要

基于目前军队工程建设的现状，对军队工程引入EPC模式的必要性以及应用EPC模式存在的问题进行分析，提出明确军队工程EPC模式应用范围、完善军队工程项目组织实施制度、建立健全风险管理体系等应对策略，为军队工程改革项目管理模式提供借鉴。%On basis of the current situation of the military engineering construction,this paper analyzes the necessity of introducing the EPC model into military engineering and the problems existing in the application of EPC model. Then,puts forward the coping strategies,including defining the application scope of the military engineering EPC model,improving the organization system of military engineering project,establishing and perfecting the risk management system,in order to provide reference for the military engineering reform project management model.
