棚户区改造的融资模式选择研究

摘要

This paper takes shanty town rebuilding as the research object,compares and analyzes the development and characteristics of four financing modes named loans,debt direct financing,equity financing and non-traditionalfinancing for thefinancing difficulties. It clarifies that loanfinancing is the most popular and widely applied mode at present,and the other threefinancing modes are in the active exploration stage.%以棚户区改造为研究对象，针对改造融资难点，对比分析贷款融资、债务工具直接融资、股权融资和非传统融资等融资模式的发展情况与特点，明确贷款融资模式仍是当前应用最多最广的方式，而其它三种融资模式仍处在积极探索阶段。
