废弃工业建筑再利用改造围护结构热工性能优化

         

摘要

Thermal performance of enclosure structure for abandoned industrial building is poor and can not meet the requirements of the existing national energy-saving standard. Energy-saving measures must be taken simultaneously with reconstruction and reuse. Firstly,the paper proposes the evaluation method of the thermal performance limit and economy,on the basis,builds the optimizing design model of thermal performance of enclosure structure by considering the mutual influence of external windows,wall and roof on thermal performance,determines rational thermal parameters of windows and the method to confirm the thickness of insulation layer of roof and wall,to realize the overall optimization of thermal performance of enclosure structure. Finally,takes abandoned heating boiler house in Xuzhou city as an example,verifies the feasibility of the optimizing model of thermal performance of enclosure structure for the reconstruction and reuse of abandoned industrial building.%废弃工业建筑的围护结构热工性能较差,不能满足现行国家节能标准的要求,在再利用改造过程中必须同时对其进行节能改造。首先,提出热工性能限值和经济性的评价方法,在此基础上,考虑外窗、外墙和屋面热工性能的相互影响,建立围护结构热工性能优化设计模型,确定合理的外窗热工性能以及屋面和外墙保温层厚度的方法,以实现围护结构热工性能的整体优化。最后,以徐州地区某废弃供热锅炉房为例,验证废弃工业建筑再利用改造围护结构热工性能优化模型的可行性。
