BIM在建筑工业化中的应用研究

摘要

The paper studies the correlation between BIM and building industrialization from thefive aspects of standardization of architectural design,industrialization of component parts production,assembly of construction installation,informatization of production and operation and integration of construction project production. Then,describes how to apply BIM in the process of building industrialization systematically such as component splitting,virtual construction and project quantities take-off in a prefabricated building by using BIM,so as to achieve the whole life cycle management of prefabricated building. Finally,generalizes the application value of BIM in thebuilding industrialization and puts forward the practical suggestions according to the situations such as the difficult application of BIM,the defective software,so as to improve the BIM application in building industrialization.%从建筑设计标准化、构件部品生产工业化、施工安装装配化、生产经营信息化和建筑项目生产集成化五个方面研究BIM理念与建筑工业化的相关性,然后系统详实地描述如何将BIM应用至建筑工业化的过程中,包括利用BIM进行装配式建筑的构件拆分、施工预演以及工程量汇总等,从而实现对装配式建筑的全寿命周期的信息化管理.最后总结出BIM在建筑工业化中的应用价值,并根据BIM应用难度大、软件不健全等现状提出切实可行的建议,以促进BIM在建筑工业化中的应用.
