建筑业农民工技能培训障碍与对策研究

摘要

Lack of skills training is one of the main reasons of low skill levels of construction workers. This paper analyzes the obstacles in skills training of construction workers by literature review,uses the basic principles of economics to analyze the main reason from aspects of policy and system,construction enterprises and construction workers,including the difficulty of legitimate rights and interests,the increasing of cost and risk, the high opportunity cost. On the basis of the above analysis,puts forward countermeasures to help solve the obstacles in skills training of construction workers.%技能培训不足是建筑工人的技能水平低下的主要原因之一.通过文献综述的方法梳理近年来推进建筑业农民工技能培训遇到的障碍,运用经济学基本原理从政策制度、施工企业和建筑业农民工三个角度分析其主要原因,主要包括合法权益难以保障、成本与风险增加、机会成本高.在上述分析的基础上,提出解决阻碍建筑业农民工技能培训的对策.
