既有建筑信息模型快速建模方法和实践

摘要

This paper analyzes the BIM application problems of existing building operation and maintenance management,systematically discusses the rapid reconstruction technology of existing building information model,proposes the reverse modeling method relative to traditional design modeling reverse process,and compares and analyzes the reverse modeling technology such as 3D laser scanning and oblique photography. With the help of the project case,fully displays the technical route of the existing building information model,which provides a reference for the rapid modeling research and practice of the existing buildings.%分析既有建筑运维管理中的BIM应用问题,系统探讨既有建筑信息模型快速重建技术,提出相对于传统设计建模反向过程的逆向建模方法,并对三维激光扫描和倾斜摄影等逆向建模技术对比分析.借助项目案例,完整展现既有建筑信息模型的实现技术路线,为既有建筑的快速建模研究和实践提供参考.
