工程项目管理的主要目标即工期、质量、成本三大目标.将工程项目分解为各个工程活动进行研究,采用非线性函数来定量化描述三大目标的两两关系.根据多属性效用函数理论,建立多目标综合优化模型,并采用实数编码改进的遗传算法求解模型.最后,通过案例证实所建立的多目标优化模型的可行性及优越性:能有效缩短项目工期,降低成本,提高质量.%Time,cost and quality are three main objects of engineering project management. The paper divides engineering project into various engineering activities to study and uses the non-linear function to describe the interrelation of the three main objects quantitatively. Based on the multi-attribute utility function theory, establishes the multi-objects optimization model and solves the genetic algorithms improved by real number encoding. Finally,uses a case study to confirm the feasibility and superiority of the multi-objects optimization model,which can shorten the duration,reduce the cost and improve the quality.
