Using location quotient method and DEA method,this paper analyzes the functional structure,the nature structure and the investment efficiency of the real estate among 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in eastern,central and western regions of China. Research shows that there are obvious regional differences in terms of functional structure,nature structure and investment efficiency in the supply of the real estate in China. Based on analysis results,puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.%运用区位商法和数据包络分析(DEA)相结合的方法,对全国31个省、自治区、直辖市和东、中、西部不同地区的房地产功能结构、性质结构以及投资效率进行分析.研究发现,我国房地产供给在功能结构、性质结构和投资效率方面均存在较为明显的地区差异.基于分析结果,提出房地产供给相关的对策建议.
