PPP模式养老院项目的政府限制竞争担保研究

摘要

Based on NPV method and real option theory,this paper establishes the guarantee model of the project income distribution and government restriction competition,and simulates demand variables of bed by the MATLAB,so as to solve the issues of the income distribution and government restriction competition guarantee level for the nursing home project with PPP model,and provides feasible solution of the guarantee. Then,further demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the model by an example,in order to provide reference for the investment decision of actual case.%以净现值(NPV)方法和实物期权理论为基础,建立项目收益分配和政府限制竞争担保模型,然后用MATLAB编程仿真床位需求变量,解决养老院PPP项目的收益分配问题和政府限制竞争担保水平问题,并给出担保的可行方案.通过对实际案例的分析,证明模型的可行性和有效性,为今后相关问题的投资决策提供参考.
