保障性住房的动态发展轨迹研究及启示——以南京为例

摘要

以南京为例,从融资方式、建设方式和供应方式三个方面回顾保障性住房十多年来发现问题、解决问题的动态发展轨迹,探究其发展轨迹动态变化特征及其成因,并总结对未来保障性住房发展的启示,为我国其他城市保障性住房的发展提供参考.%Taking Nanjing as an example,the paper reviews the dynamic development trajectory of last ten years from the perspectives of financing,construction and supply mode,studies the features and causes of dynamic change of the development trajectory of public housing,and summarizes the inspiration for the future development of urban public housing,in order to provide reference for the development of China's urban public housing.
