基于因子与聚类分析的我国建筑业产业竞争综合实力评价研究

摘要

根据建筑企业和行业特点,构建建筑业产业竞争综合实力评价指标体系;基于《中国统计年鉴》数据,采用因子与聚类分析对2015年中国31个省、市、自治区的建筑业产业竞争力进行排序和聚类,并根据分析结果,给出差别化的发展建议.%According to the characteristics of construction enterprise and industry,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the comprehensive competitiveness of construction industry. Based on the data of China Statistical Yearbook,sorts and clusters the integration competitiveness of construction industry in 31 provinces and cities of China in 2015 by using the integration method of factor and cluster analysis. Finally,puts forward suggestions for differential development according to the results.
