新建节能建筑全寿命周期的成本分析

摘要

分析建筑的全寿命周期成本构成并进行估算,以多层砖混居住建筑为例,比较节能与非节能建筑全寿命周期成本,最后提出节能建筑的推广建议.%The paper analyzes and calculates the life cycle cost of energy-saving buildings,and compares the life cycle cost of energy-saving buildings and tranditional building by taking residential multistorey brick building as an example,finally puts forward the suggestions to promote energy-saving building.
