施工企业工程项目管理策划探讨

This paper expounds the purpose and importance of project management planning. Based on long-term project management experience,discusses the preparation,compilation,implementation of project management planning.The compilation of project management planning includes personnel allocation,site layout,equipment procurement,fund revenue and expenditure,cost management,risk control and so on. Finally,taking the project of xiaomi industrial park as an example,introduces the effect of project management planning,in order to provide reference for the construction enterprise to optimize the project management.%阐述项目管理策划的目的和重要性,基于长期的项目管理经验,探讨项目管理策划的准备工作、编撰、执行与落实,其中项目管理策划的编撰包括人员配置、现场布置、设备采购、资金收支、成本管理、风险控制等内容.最后以小米产业园项目为例,介绍工程项目管理策划的效果,以期为施工企业优化项目管理提供经验参考.
