工程监理制度的问题分析与完善

摘要

This paper analyzes the main problems of engineering supervision system,such as the nature of engineering supervision,the basic task,the stage scope and so on. The results show that the nature of engineering supervision is contradictory,the role of supervision engineer is unclear,the responsibility of safety supervision is expanded,and the stage of supervision is not clear,which are the concrete concrete manifestation of the problems of engineering supervision system. In order to reverse this situation,puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the project supervision system,including the independence of the supervision enterprise and the supervision engineer and so on.%分析工程监理的性质、基本任务、阶段范围等工程监理制度的主要问题.结果表明:工程监理的性质相互矛盾,监理工程师的角色模糊不清,安全监理的责任扩大化,监理的阶段范围不明确是工程监理制度问题的具体表现.为扭转这种局面,提出完善工程监理制度的一些建议,包括监理企业与监理工程师的独立性等.
