摘要

This paper introduces the system framework of whole process BIM+ project management mode and the situation of Shanghai World Expo museum project,and expounds the implementation of the whole process BIM+project management implementation mode in Shanghai World Expo museum project,summarizes the benefits of this mode for projects,and puts forward some pertinent thinking and suggestions for the implementation of BIM+ project management mode in the future,so as to provide references for the application of BIM+ project management mode in the whole process.%介绍全过程BIM+项目管理模式体系框架和上海世博会博物馆项目情况,阐述全过程BIM+项目管理实施模式在上海世博会博物馆项目的实施,总结出该模式为项目带来的效益,同时对未来工程行业全过程BIM+项目管理模式的实施提出针对性的思考和建议,以期为全过程BIM+项目管理模式的应用提供借鉴.
