Taking rigid demand house for example,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of housing project from design and construction respectively combing with the first-hand data,and puts forward the corresponding control path,in order to provide references for cost control of housing development project.%以某刚需房住宅项目为例,结合项目建设的第一手数据,分别从设计、建造角度,剖析住宅项目成本的影响因素,并提出相应的管控路径,为住宅开发项目的成本控制提供参考.
