装配式住宅环境效益量化评价研究——以乡村装配式住宅为例

摘要

在分析乡村装配式住宅全生命周期环境效益构成的基础上,以河北邯郸市农村某套装配式住宅为例,提出乡村装配式住宅建造阶段、使用阶段和拆除回收阶段环境效益的量化评价方法,并计算全生命周期的碳排放,将之与以传统方法建造的砖混结构住宅比较,明确乡村发展装配式住宅的优势.%On the basis of analyzing full life cycle environmental benefit of village-mounted assembled house, the paper proposes the quantitative evaluation method of environmental benefit in construction stage,utillization stage and the demolition recycling stage by taking assembled house in rural areas of Hebei Handan. And calculates the whole life cycle carbon emissions,compares them with rick and concrete structure residential construction with traditional method,clarifies the advantages of rural prefabricated residential development.
