BIM技术在医院建设项目全生命周期的应用

摘要

Aiming at the particularity of hospital construction projects and the existing problems in hospital construction project,such as over cost,over time limit and quick renewal of equipment,etc,this paper puts forward the whole life cycle management of hospital construction projects based on BIM technology,and introduces the application value of BIM from different stages in whole life cycle. Taking Shanghai central hospital reconstruction and expansion project as an example,analyzes the application value and effectiveness of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of hospital construction projects,in order to provide references for the promotion of BIM technology in thefield of hospital construction and the use of whole life cycle.%针对医院建设项目的特殊性以及目前医院建设项目中存在的超成本、超工期以及设备更新快等问题,提出基于建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的医院建设项目全生命周期管理,从项目全生命周期各阶段介绍BIM的应用价值.以上海市第一人民医院改扩建项目为例,具体分析BIM技术在医院建设项目全生命周期中的应用价值和有效性,为BIM技术在医院建筑建设领域的推广、全生命周期的使用提供借鉴和参考.
