国内外科技园区开发建设的影响因素与对策研究r——基于雄安新区科技园区建设

摘要

This paper expounds the important factors that affect the development of science and technology parks,including traffic conditions,science and technology resources,management modes and sources of funds. In view of the construction of science and technology park of Xiongan new area,puts forward some suggestions such as appling the consortium of research institutes,piloting real estate investment trust fund,planningfinancial town and perfecting the service function of new venture investment.%阐述影响国内外科技园区发展的重要因素,包括交通条件、科技资源、管理模式和资金来源等.针对雄安新区科技园区建设,提出建设应用研究所联合体,试点房地产投资信托基金,以及谋划金融小镇、完善新区创业投资服务功能等对策建议.
