基于VisiLean的工程项目施工协同管理系统研究

摘要

According to the situation that current researches applying BIM in construction collaborative management is incomplete,this paper introduces VisiLean system. Then,builds the construction collaborative management system architecture based on VisiLean around three factors of construction collaborative management,namely organization,information and flow. After that,elaborates the operational process of the system and builds the construction collaborative management model,in order to provide reference for promoting the integration,refinement,informatization and synergy of the whole process management of construction projects.%针对现有研究将BIM用于施工协同管理的不足,引入VisiLean系统;围绕组织、信息、流程三大施工协同管理要素构建基于VisiLean的施工协同管理系统架构;进一步阐述基于VisiLean的施工协同管理系统的运行过程,构建基于VisiLean的施工协同管理模型,为推进工程项目整个施工过程的集成化、精细化、信息化、协同化管理提供参考.
