再论住宅产业化与建筑工业化

全面阐述住宅产业化和建筑工业化的定义和内涵,从内容范围、目标、强调的重点以及其它方面分析二者的区别,明确不同视角下的发展取向,并对建筑工业化的发展提出基本准则.%This paper expounds the definition and connotation of the housing industrialization and construction industrialization,analyzes the differences of thses two concepts,from content and scope,goals,emphasis and others,clears the development orientation of under different perspective,and puts forward the basic principles for the development of construction industrialization.
