基于桥面铺装下面层水泥-乳化沥青混凝土的水稳定性试验研究

         

摘要

水泥-乳化沥青具有良好的水稳定性,将其应用于桥面铺层下层并取代黏结层,以解决桥面铺装的早期水损坏通病.通过室内试验的研究了混合料的拌和顺序、养护条件、击实方法等几个关键方法,并按照总结的方法制成试件,通过浸水马歇尔试验的残留稳定度和冻融劈裂试验的强度比试验数据验证了该材料良好的水稳定性.通过试验研究发现:在试验法的基础上可以用经验法确定外加水的最佳用水量;两次击实时机应的选择应考虑乳化沥青的破乳时间和水泥初凝时间;试件在室内试验60 ℃烘箱养护48 h的试件基本达到自然条件下实际其终期强度,该研究为此类工程提供了理论支持和设计指导.%Because of the good water stability of cement-emulsified,it was applied to the underlay replacing the bonding layer of desk pavement to solve the problem of early water damage of the bridge deck pavement.Several key aspects of mixing sequences,specimen curing conditions and compaction methods are studied.Specimen are made according to the method summarized,and its better water stability is proved by the test data of residual stability of immersion Marshall test and strength ratio of freeze-thaw splitting test.Through experimental study,it was found that the optimal water consumption of the extra water can be determined by the experience method on the basis of the test method.The selection of the two strike timing should consider the demulsification time of emulsified asphalt and the initial setting time of cement.The strength of specimens curing in the oven of 60 ℃for 48 hours is similar to the that of final strength in natural conditions.The research provides theoretical support and design guidance for such projects.dual stability of the Marshall test and the strength of the freeze-thaw splitting test showed that the stability of the water was better than the test data.
