基于Dinger-Funk方程的沙漠砂混凝土配合比优化设计研究

         

摘要

Based on the close packing theory put forward by Dinger and Funk in order to adjust the optimization of distribution of the modulus of the Dinger-Funk equation to get the concrete coarse and fine aggregate and the desert sand mixed with ordinary sand of the close packing.According to the Dinger-Funk equation,taking n=0.6 to 0.7 can get three kinds of total sand ratio which make the concrete sand ratio to the close packing condition,according to the Dinger-Funk equation,taking n=0.1 to 0.4 can get three kinds of desert sand.The fineness modulus and gradation curve turn into the scope of medium sand.The determination of the optimal proportion of coarse and fine aggregate and the influence of three kind of desert sand‵s proportion to concrete in different ratio is made by experiment,the experiment result shows that according to the Dinger and Funk close packing theory,proving the application value of desert sand in ordinary plastic concrete when the most appropriate time for C35 concrete′s total sand ratio is 41% and 39%and C40 concrete′s total sand ratio is 39% and 37%.The slump and the strength has improved.%据Dinger与Funk紧密堆积理论以调整Dinger-Funk方程分布模数的方式得到紧密堆积的混凝土粗、细骨料比例和沙漠砂掺入普通砂的比例.利用Dinger-Funk方程,颗粒分布模数取n=0.6~0.7得3种砂率使混凝土粗、细骨料达到紧密堆积状态;颗粒分布模数取n=0.1~0.4得3种沙漠砂掺量掺入机制砂后,紧密堆积的混合砂细度模数得到降低且级配曲线处于中砂范围.通过试验确定砂率和3种沙漠砂掺量对混凝土影响,结果表明:利用Dinger-Funk方程优化后,C35混凝土总砂率41%、39%时与C40混凝土总砂率39%、37%时混凝土坍落度和强度得到优化.证明正确的砂率时会体现沙漠砂在混凝土中的优化价值.
