自防水混凝土抗冻性能的研究

         

摘要

研究了防水组分掺量对自防水混凝土抗冻性的影响,测试了混凝土受冻前后的抗压强度和质量损失,试验了不同试验条件下自防水混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,利用扫描电子显微镜观察了该自防水混凝土的微观结构.研究表明:随着防水组分掺量的增加自防水混凝土的抗压强度先升高后降低,在掺量为8%时抗压强度最高;随着冻融循环试验次数的增加,同一组自防水混凝土的抗压强度依次减低,抗压强度损失与质量损失先减小后增大,防水组分掺量为8%时抗压强度损失与质量损失最小;在掺量为8%时自防水混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能达到最佳;微观结构观察表明:自防水混凝土在凝结硬化时钙矾石晶体形成的数量与填充毛细孔的程度可能是混凝土的抗冻性的关键因素.%Study on waterproof component content on the impact of self-waterproofing concrete frost resistance,compressive strength and weight loss of frozen concrete before and after the test,the permeability of self-waterproof concrete anti chloride under different conditions,the micro structure of the self-waterproof concrete were observed by using scanning electron microscopy.Research shows that with the increase of the admixture waterproof component of self-waterproofing concrete compressive strength increased first and then decreased,the content is 8%,the highest compressive strength.With the increase of freeze-thaw cycle experiments,with a group of self-waterproofing concrete compressive strength decreased,compressive strength loss and mass loss decreased first and then increased. Waterproof,component content is the minimum compressive strength loss and mass loss of 8%.When 8% dosage of self-waterproofing concrete resistance to chloride ion permeability best.Microstructure observation showed that since the number of ettringite crystal formation in waterproof concrete hardening calcium and filling pores of the degree may be the concrete frost resistance the key factor.
