房屋建筑装配式混凝土结构的经济分析

摘要

It takes an assembly type concrete structure building in Jilin,Changchun as an object,and analyzes its economic efficiency from the aspects of economy,ecology and society.According to the basic situation of the project,established a comprehensive evaluation index system,combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation for clustering energy saving,industri-alization,time consumption,environmental protection,economy,construction quality,7 types of 27 indicators.The results show that the energy saving evaluation index of the project is good.The industrialization degree evaluation index is good.The time consumption evalua-tion index for outstanding environmental protection.Evaluation index is excellent;economic evaluation index is good.The construction quality evaluation index for show.Indicators of social evaluation for good.Comprehensive evaluation stage of the precast concrete the re-sults as excellent project structure.%以吉林长春某装配式混凝土结构建筑为对象,从经济、生态、社会等几个方面分析,对其产生的经济效益做了一个综合性的评价指标评分,并且根据得分情况进行分析.研究该项目工程的装配式建筑,并且以此为基础构建了一个综合评价指标体系,采用了模糊聚类综合评价方式来对项目的7个方面进行评价打分,分别是节能性、工业化程度、时间消耗、环境保护、经济性、施工质量、社会性,并且从这7个方面还细分了27个指标进行综合评价.结果表明:该项目节能性指标评价为良好;工业化程度指标评价为良好;时间消耗指标评价为优秀;环境保护指标评价为优秀;经济性指标评价为良好;施工质量指标评价为化秀;社会性指标评价为良好;现阶段该装配式混凝土结构项目综合评价结果为优秀.
