In order to solve the problem of faster corrosion about steel bar at Golmud in Qinghai province,based on "magnesium pollu-tion" at the salt lake area,a certain mixture ratio of magnesium cement concrete was designed.In allusion to the indoor environment and chlorine salt immersion environment,by CS350 electrochemical workstation and its testing software,the study on the electrochemical cor-rosion behavior of the reinforced in magnesium cement concrete and chlorine salt corrosion resistance of DACROMET coatings,and the anticorrosive effect of DACROMET coating is analyzed.Results show that corrosion degree of bare steel bar is far severer than steel bar with DACROMET coating in the magnesium cement concrete,and the corrosion rate of bare steel bar is equal to 25 to 40 times that of steel bar with DACROMET coating.Steel bar with DACROMET coating has a good anticorrosive effect,but DACROMET will also pro-duce certain destruction by chlorine salt itself.%为了解决青海省格尔木地区出现的钢材腐蚀较快的问题,基于盐湖地区的"镁害",设计一定配合比的镁水泥混凝土.针对室内自然环境和氯盐浸泡环境,采用CS350电化学工作站及其测试软件,研究镁水泥混凝土中钢筋的电化学腐蚀行为和达克罗涂料的抗盐卤侵蚀性能,并对达克罗涂层的防腐效果进行分析.结果表明:镁水泥混凝土中裸露钢筋的腐蚀程度远大于达克罗涂层钢筋,其腐蚀速率是达克罗涂层钢筋的25~40倍.达克罗涂料对钢筋具有较好防腐效果,但氯盐本身对达克罗涂料也会产生一定的破坏.
