To fill the gaps in long-distance transmission index in IoT field, the GFSK modulation mode of close-range highspeed communication scheme supported by LoRa IoT system was studied.Through the process of Matlab simulation, effects of the receiver BER performance curve, synchronization scheme, the time offset and frequency offset were analyzed on the system.Experimental results show that when BT=0.5, h=1 and SNR of Gauss white noise channel reaches 10 dB, the performance of GFSK demodulation bit error rate reaches 0.1%, compared with reference [16], 3 dB gain is achieved in BER performance.%为填补物联网领域在远距离传输指标上的空白, 研究LoRa物联网系统支持的近距离高速通信方案GFSK调制模式, 通过对该过程进行Matlab仿真来分析接收端误码率性能曲线、同步方案、时偏和频偏对系统的影响.实验结果表明, 当BT=0.5, h=1且高斯白噪声信道下信噪比达到10dB时, GFSK解调误码率性能达到0.1%, 与文献[16]相比在误码率性能方面有3dB的增益.
