多表达式编程的函数发现问题研究

         

摘要

函数发现问题是数据挖掘研究领域的重要任务之一,研究了基于多表达式编程的函数发现问题,多表达式编程是进化算法最新研究热点.介绍了多表达式编程的主要思想,包括基因结构,遗传算子设计,以及基本算法流程等,阐明了基于多表达式编程挖掘函数关系的适应度函数设计方法.实验研究了多表达式编程挖掘函数关系,结果表明,多表迭式编程基因编码效率高,空间利用率高,函数发现的能力强.%The function finding problem based on multi expression programming (MEP) is researched. MEP is a novel kind of evolutionary algorithm and a hot point in this domain recently. Function finding problem is one of importance task of data mining areas.The main contributions include as follows: main ideas of MEP are stated, such as MEP chromosome structure, genetic operators and the flow of basic MEP algorithm; design fitness function techniques is introduced, which is applied to function finding problem based on MEP. Experimental study shows MEP coding is more efficient than other variant genetic programming, and its outperform gene expression programming at function finding problem.
