基于NiosⅡ的智能CAN模块设计

         

摘要

为了在工业控制计算机已有总线基础上进行接口扩展,使工业控制计算机具有在恶劣工业控制环境下进行可靠、稳定数据传输的能力,提出了一种基于软核处理器的智能CAN模块的设计方法.该设计以现场可编程门阵列芯片为核心,在芯片内部实现处理器软核,通过该软核实现对CAN总线数据收发和缓冲的智能控制,从而提高了CAN总线数据传输的稳定性,大大降低传输过程中数据丢失的几率.将总线接口逻辑、双端口存储器、CAN控制器接口逻辑、控制寄存器作为定制外设在可编程芯片内部实现,使智能模块的设计更加紧凑.在实际应用环境下将该设计与常用的非智能设计进行了对比,结果表明,该设计更加稳定、可靠.%In order to extend interfaces based on industrial control computer existing bus, make the industrial control computer with reliable and stable data transmission capacity under the harsh industrial control environment, the design of intelligent CAN module based on soft-core processor is proposed. The design use field programmable gate array chip as the core, soft-core processor is implemented in the chip, CAN bus data transceiver and buffer intelligent control are realized through the soft-core, thereby increasing the stability of CAN bus data transfer, greatly reducing loss probability of data during transmission. The bus interface logic, and dual-port memory,CAN controller interface logic, control registers are realized within the programmable chip as custom peripherals, so that intelligent module design more compact. In practice, the design and the non-intelligent design are compared, the results show that the design is more stable and reliable.
